Pilot phase

zimrly for PriceLabs

PriceLabs is the dynamic-pricing engine leading the vacation-rental and mixed segment — and very good at computing daily rates. What's missing: getting those rates into your PMS safely and with a sense of proportion. zimrly reads the PriceLabs recommendations via the customer API, pushes them into the PMS via date-specific overrides and lays a 1-click cap over them. The integration is in beta — rate push is live for 3RPMS; for further PMS we finalise it with the first pilot hotels.

Which connections you can use optionally

How zimrly supports your move from PriceLabs

Rate push straight into your PMS

zimrly reads the PriceLabs recommendations via the customer API and transfers them into your PMS — automatically instead of by hand. Live for 3RPMS, pilot phase for further PMS.

1-click cap (watchdog against outlier prices)

Set a ceiling per property: if a daily rate goes implausibly high, zimrly caps it automatically via date-specific overrides — without you checking every recommendation one by one.

Occupancy & RevPAR as context

Your real occupancy and RevPAR from the PMS sit right next to the recommendations — the data foundation PriceLabs alone doesn't see through your PMS.

Scaled per room category

Cap and push act per room category instead of flat — each category gets its own, sensible ceiling.

Status: Pilot phase — the connector is fully built, but not yet confirmed in live operation by a customer property.

Dynamic pricing

Repricer prices safely into your PMS

zimrly pushes your repricer's prices into the PMS and puts a one-click cap on top so no outlier price slips through.
