zimrly is a modular add-on layer for hotels that sits on top of your existing property management system (PMS). Instead of replacing your PMS, zimrly fills the gaps: automated invoicing, tourist-tax calculation, WhatsApp guest communication, review management and more. You only book the modules you actually need.

3rpms is live in production today. Connectors for Apaleo, Cloudbeds, Beds24, Smoobu, Sirvoy and Hostaway are in preparation or at the skeleton stage. zimrly is deliberately built PMS-agnostic — new PMS connections are added as integrations without changing anything about the modules.

zimrly charges a base fee of €29 per month. On top of that you add individual modules à la carte. Additional team members (seats) cost €15 per month. Larger properties pay a moderate size multiplier, and from two booked modules onward a bundle discount of 10 to 30 percent applies. No setup fee, cancellable monthly.

The invoicing module creates a VAT-compliant invoice for every booking and automatically splits it according to §14 UStG (German VAT law): accommodation at 7 % VAT, breakfast and other services at 19 %. For OTA bookings (e.g. Airbnb) only the guest's gross price appears on the invoice; the platform commission is handled correctly and separately.

Yes. zimrly calculates the tourist tax (Kurtaxe / Fremdenverkehrsbeitrag) automatically based on your municipality's bylaws — including exemptions (e.g. business travellers, children) and the differing rates across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The amount is shown correctly itemised on the guest invoice.

Using the official WhatsApp Business API (via 360dialog), zimrly sends automated booking confirmations, check-in reminders and arrival information. Incoming guest messages land in a central inbox; an AI assistant can suggest replies or answer simple enquiries automatically — always with an approval option for your team.

zimrly is built to be GDPR-compliant. All data is processed on servers within the EU, and sensitive access tokens are stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM. Our subprocessors (hosting, email, error monitoring and so on) are bound by contract and use EU data centres.

Yes. You can view the data processing agreement (DPA / AVV under Art. 28 GDPR) directly in the customer portal, download it as a PDF and accept it digitally. The acceptance is logged in an audit-proof way. Before any module goes live, the current DPA must be accepted.

There is no minimum term. You book monthly and can cancel at the end of any billing period or pause individual modules at any time. No hidden fees, no setup costs.

Onboarding is designed to be self-service: a guided wizard connects your PMS (usually via an API token), checks your master data and activates your booked modules. For most properties the setup is done in under an hour — no IT department required.

zimrly supports two-factor authentication (2FA) via TOTP app, including recovery codes. Role-based access cleanly separates owner, admin, manager and viewer. All provider credentials are stored encrypted, and security-relevant actions are recorded in the audit log.

zimrly is aimed at owner-operated and smaller hotels, guesthouses and contractor-accommodation operators in the DACH region who want to keep their existing PMS but automate tedious routine tasks — without having to roll out an expensive all-in-one system.
